This document is a legally binding agreement that incorporates the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy. PART I: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (MARKETPLACE AND DIRECT SALES MODEL) SAAPU operates under a hybrid model. On the one hand, it sells its own products directly to the consumer. On the other hand, it acts as a technological platform (Marketplace) that facilitates the connection between independent sellers (third parties) and clients. In sales made by third parties, SAAPU does not own the items, does not hold them in inventory, and does not participate in the completion of transactions between the parties, beyond facilitating the technological processing of payment and the display of the catalog.

2. LEGAL CAPACITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION SAAPU's services are available only to individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts (over 18 years of age in Peru). The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. The User is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and for any activity carried out from their account. SAAPU reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these policies, engage in fraudulent activities, or impersonate others.

3. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND BILLING POLICY ...

• Payment Receipts: In accordance with the regulations of the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT), the issuance of Sales Receipts or Electronic Invoices is mandatory. For purchases of SAAPU products, the Company will issue the receipt. For purchases from external vendors, the vendor is legally responsible for issuing and delivering the payment receipt to the customer.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

• Delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.
