SAAPU S.A.C. EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At SAAPU S.A.C., our top priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected or may have some issues. Therefore, we have designed a fair and transparent exchange and refund policy aligned with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code of INDECOPI (Law No. 29571).
1. TIME LIMITS FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
- For a change of mind or size: You have a maximum of Seven (7) calendar days from the date you received your order.
- For factory defects (Warranty): You have a period of Thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the product to report manufacturing defects that prevent its proper functioning.
2. MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING THE RETURN For your request to be approved, the product must strictly comply with the following requirements:
- It must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, stains, scratches, or wear.
- It must have its original packaging intact (boxes, plastic, styrofoam).
- It must include all its original accessories, manuals, cables, and labels (not detached).
- You must present the electronic payment receipt (receipt or invoice) issued by SAAPU.
Note: The SAAPU Quality Control department will review the product. If it does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and the product will be returned to the customer (with shipping costs borne by the customer).
3. PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS For reasons of hygiene, public health, and copyright, returns are not accepted in the following categories, except for proven factory defects:
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, and lingerie.
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care products that have been opened or unsealed.
4. WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
5. MONEY REFUND PROCESS If the return is approved and you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, the processing time will depend on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will be requested immediately from the payment gateway. However, the time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends solely on your bank (it can take between 15 and 30 business days). SAAPU has no control over bank processing times.
- Yape, Plin, or Bank Transfer: The refund will be issued to the bank account provided by the purchaser within a maximum of 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued to third-party accounts due to anti-money laundering policies.
6. HOW TO START THE PROCESS? To request an exchange or return, contact our support team by sending an email to [soporte@saapu.com] with the subject line "Return Request - Order # [Your Order Number]". Attach clear photos of the product, its packaging, and a brief description of the reason. Our team will guide you step by step within 48 business hours.
